"Was having a problem with my eyes, and happened to pass by Market Lane Optical, and went in to ask about an appointment. They were so polite and friendly, something that we rarely see in business today. They asked me if I had time to do the examination right then, or did I want to do it another time needless to say I was ecstatic, since I was experiencing problems, Dr Ng, did the examination and he was amazing, very gentle, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in answering questions I had. I also needed glasses, they have an amazing collection of beautiful frames, purchased my frames from the, once again the staff was amazing, left there feeling so happy that I had stopped by, and happy with my new glasses. "My eyes started to get a little fuzzy this past year. I had not received an eye exam in about 3 years and I thought it was time. I walked in to Market Lane Optical, and was warmly greeted with open arms as if I was a regular customer. In addition, the time was taken to explain the product, to show me the different options in selection, and gave me ideas on eyewear that I normally would not see my self picking up if it were not for the staff. "I went to several places to shop around before meeting Joanne and Michael here and the experience was amazing. You can see the passion they have for what they do, they're well educated in this field and the quality of their products are far beyond what you see in a regular optical store. They hand pick their selections mostly European brands that are unique and authentic that you don't see everywhere. I bought a pair of Germano Gambinis transitional eyeglasses and I love them. Next up is my sunglasses, but this will definately be my go to place and if anyone asks this will be my recommendation."
